returns policy

Office Needs Direct offers a simple no quibble returns policy:

Damaged items: Please notify within 48 hours of receipt. Simply call the sales office on 0845 226 3313 and we will arrange collection and redelivery

Short Deliveries: Please notify us within 48 hours of order delivery by calling the sales office on 0845 226 3313 and we will resolve.

Warranty issues: Simply call us on 0845 226 3313 and we will advise the correct procedure for the manufacturers item in question.

Items simply no longer required can be returned within 14 days of delivery and may be subject to handling charge in order for us to make collection from customers address. Items would need to be returned in resaleable condition in original undamaged packaging.
