Christmas Opening Hours 2019-20

Christmas Delivery Times & Sales Office Opening Times

The sales office will close at 4pm on Monday 23rd December and will reopen in the new year on Thursday 2nd January 2020 at 9 a.m.

Outside of these hours the web chat will take enquiries such that we have them to hand when the sales office re opens.

Orders can be placed on the site throughout the Christmas period and will be delivered in the below timescale:

Delivery Timings Over Christmas

Our ordinary delivery schedule is in place (see FAQ's page) for orders placed before Monday 23rd December, on stock lines (excluding furniture).

Orders placed on and up to 4pm on Monday 23rd December will be delivered next day, Tuesday 24th December, on stock lines (excluding furniture)

Orders placed after this time, but before Tuesday 31st December at 4pm, will be delivered  on Thursday 2nd January 2020, on stock lines (excluding furniture).

Orders placed after 4pm on Tuesday 31st December will be delivered on Friday 3rd January 2020, on stock lines (excluding furniture).

Furniture items, as other times of the year will be on a 5 working day leadtime.

 

  Should you have any specific requirements during the Christmas period, please email enquiries@officeneedsdirect.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

The web store will continue to operate over the Christmas period and orders will be processed for delivery in the new year.

(Please note furniture items and items with a longer delivery timescale indicated in the bullet points of the product may fall outside these above dates - please contact the sales team to double check delivery dates on these items)
